Nigeria Youth SDGs Network (NGYouthSDGs) works with youth leaders and youth groups to localise the sustainable development goals in their community with the goal of developing policies and programs that will enable young people to lead and thrive.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Associate

Description

  • We’re hiring a passionate and driven individual for the position of Operations Associate at NGYouthSDGs!
  • Are you enthusiastic about raising awareness for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)? Are you experienced in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of organizational activities? This role might be the perfect fit for you!
  • As our Operations Associate, your role will be instrumental in maintaining NGYouthSDGs’ reputation for excellence and professionalism in driving our mission of empowering youth for sustainable development.
  • In addition to operations, you will also manage and maintain financial records, including budgets, expenditures, and financial reports.

What you will be doing?

  • Provide business development support for NGYouthSDGs by identifying prospective partners, donors and funding that will support sustainability and programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Programmes and Communications team to facilitate the successful implementation of NGYouthSDGs’ programmes.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including budgets, expenditures, and financial reports
  • Ensure efficient communication and coordination within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Operations or any related field.
  • Demonstrate track record with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Operations position.
  • Excellent in administrative management and coordination within an organization.
  • Proficient in business development in identifying prospective partners, donors and funding that will support sustainability and programmes.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
