- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Bookkeeper, prepare and record journal entries.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing and Data Entry.
- Processing transactions, and updating ledgers.
- Assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assist the Accountant as may be required.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of accounting software. i.e QuickBooks
- The confidence & boldness to assert him/herself on the job.
- Very good communication, record keeping/documentation skills.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
