Job Description

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Bookkeeper, prepare and record journal entries.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing and Data Entry.
  • Processing transactions, and updating ledgers.
  • Assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assist the Accountant as may be required.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting software. i.e QuickBooks
  • The confidence & boldness to assert him/herself on the job.
  • Very good communication, record keeping/documentation skills.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
