Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Display knowledge of the product or organization and attempt to sway opinions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Meet one-on-one with customers to introduce the company’s products to potential and existing customers and make cold calls to follow up, make pitches, and process orders
Requirements and Qualification
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to communicate in English and local dialects
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Good communication and presentation skills are important
- Experience in the sale of pharmaceutical products would be an added advantage
